{ the HISTORY of the world
The world of Valhalla was not was it seems today. For one, it used to be called Avalon. Avalon used to be a world ruled by kingdoms, in a futile struggle for power. Of course, Avalon did not have floating islands and impassable clouds. Valhalla was the mere remnants of Avalon. After a devastating tremor, the world was never the same again. Reduced to a shadow of it's original power, Avalon was no more. Turned into a strange world of floating islands and destroyed land, one could only choose but move forward. As a result, Valhalla was born.{ the CHARACTERS of the world
In this unstable world, nothing could truly be determined. The rich had the ability to move on, to use their money to rebuild from the ground. Thus were the nobles, the beings responsible for Valhalla's boom. And then, there were those two followed the nobles, in exchange for their services. Those people were members of the Valhalla Airforce, an organization founded to serve, follow, and protect the citizens of Valhalla. Unfortunately, the poor did not have so many opportunities to prosper in this world. They were limited to two choices: piracy or hunting. Pirates and bounty hunters began to spring up across the city, working in the shadows to try and rake in any money they could find. There was no life in between, only the life of crime or the life of justice, as the concept of neutrality was never found in Valhalla, or let alone Avalon, to begin with.{ the SHAPE of the world
As time passed, tensions only continued to grow worse between these rivaling fractions. Pirates stole from all, and the nobles, furious, sent the Airforce to purge the pirates. However, bounty hunters remain hunted by the Airforce also, despite their job of hunting the pirates. The kingdom force ruling Valhalla was helpless to stop these pirate, much to their attempts. Pushing on strict rules and heavy punishments onto those who broke it, their attempt to stop piracy was only in vain... until one king took power. Alexander De Jons, the king of Valhalla as the new century began to come along, was proving to be the most effective king yet in his conquest against piracy. Little did he know, the piracy of Valhalla was the least of his worries...
